Custom Orders, Shipping Delays & Refunds

At 209s DTF Printing Service, we strive to process and fulfill orders promptly. Our standard turnaround for most DTF gang sheet orders is the next business day, provided all artwork is print-ready.

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Our next-business-day turnaround refers to order processing and production. It does not guarantee next-day delivery.

Once your custom order has been completed and handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery scheduling, transportation, and any unexpected delays are managed by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Delays and Refund Eligibility

Because our products are custom-made specifically for each customer, orders that have been produced and shipped within our stated processing timeframe are not eligible for cancellation or refund solely because of a carrier delivery delay.

Estimated shipping and delivery dates or times are not guaranteed by 209s DTF Printing Service unless a specific guaranteed delivery arrangement has been expressly agreed upon.

A package arriving later than a customer's expected or preferred delivery date or time does not, by itself, qualify for a cancellation or refund.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is lost, misdelivered, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and assist with an appropriate resolution.

We will honor any applicable consumer protection laws and legally required refund or replacement rights.

Planning for Time-Sensitive Orders

We encourage customers ordering for events or specific deadlines to allow additional time for shipping or contact us before placing an order to discuss available options.
