209s DTF Printing Service is a Stockton, California-based custom printing business specializing in Direct-to-Film (DTF) heat transfers, UV DTF stickers, custom apparel, gang sheets, and related printing services.

2. Online Ordering and Customer Service

All orders must be placed through our website or another ordering method specifically authorized by 209s DTF Printing Service.

We operate as an online printing service and do not offer walk-in or in-person customer service.

Our online and phone customer service hours are:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time

• Saturday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM Pacific Time

• Sunday and holiday weekends: Closed

You may place online orders outside these hours. Customer inquiries and production requests are handled according to our business schedule.

3. Custom Products and Order Accuracy

We offer custom-made and personalized printing products based on the specifications selected or artwork submitted by each customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before completing checkout, including:

• Product type, size, quantity, and selected options

• Uploaded artwork, spelling, and design placement

• Gang sheet dimensions and layout

• Shipping or local pickup selection

• Contact and delivery information

Orders are produced using the information provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to contact customers about incomplete, unclear, or potentially problematic orders. Production may be delayed while necessary information or clarification is pending.

4. Artwork Submission and Print Quality

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork is suitable for printing.

For best results, DTF artwork should be supplied as a high-resolution PNG file with a true transparent background, preferably 300 DPI at the intended printing size.

Important: Saving a file as a PNG does not automatically make its background transparent.

White backgrounds, colored backgrounds, unwanted pixels, blurry images, visible artifacts, spelling errors, and other issues in customer-supplied artwork may appear in the finished print.

Our standard printing service does not include artwork redesign, background removal, or professional file correction unless separately agreed upon.

We recommend carefully checking artwork in the gang sheet builder before submitting an order.

Printed colors may differ slightly from digital screens because of differences in display settings, color profiles, materials, and printing processes. An exact screen-to-print color match is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

5. Artwork Ownership and Copyright

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, text, or other designs for printing, you confirm that you own the materials or have the necessary permission, license, or legal authorization to reproduce them.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their designs do not unlawfully infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

You retain ownership of the artwork you submit. By placing an order, you authorize 209s DTF Printing Service and its necessary service providers to use your artwork solely as reasonably required to process, produce, fulfill, and support your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order involving suspected intellectual property infringement, unlawful content, or other violations of these Terms.

If an order is canceled, any applicable refund will be handled according to our policies and applicable law.

6. Production and Turnaround Times

We work to process orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining print quality.

Typical production estimates include:

DTF Gang Sheets: Often ready for local pickup within approximately 24 business hours, usually the next business day, after receiving the order and usable artwork.

Custom Tablecloths: Black tablecloths typically require 2–4 business days. Special-order colors may require additional time.

Other Custom Products: Production times vary by product, quantity, availability, and project requirements.

These are estimates, not guaranteed completion deadlines.

Large orders, artwork issues, equipment maintenance, supply shortages, holidays, shipping requirements, and unexpected circumstances may increase turnaround times.

Please contact us before ordering if you have an event, rush request, or specific deadline.

Shipping transit time is separate from production time.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping through supported carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, or other available delivery providers.

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated or displayed during checkout.

Shipping prices may vary based on destination, order contents, package details, and selected delivery service.

Estimated shipping or delivery dates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an address error.

For damaged, missing, delayed, or incorrectly delivered packages, contact us with your order number and relevant details so we can review the situation and assist as appropriate.

8. Local Pickup — Available 24/7

209s DTF Printing Service offers convenient local order pickup in Stockton, California.

Completed orders may be collected from our designated outdoor pickup bin 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, after the customer receives a Ready for Pickup email or text message.

This includes evenings, overnight hours, Sundays, and holiday weekends.

An order confirmation is not a Ready for Pickup notification.

Please do not arrive to collect an order until you receive confirmation that it is ready.

Pickup instructions are provided through our order notifications or customer communications.

Our 24/7 outdoor pickup service does not mean our business offers 24-hour customer support or in-person assistance.

9. Product Application and Customer Responsibility

DTF transfers and UV DTF stickers are intended for different applications.

DTF Heat Transfers: These are designed to be applied to compatible fabrics using appropriate heat-press equipment, settings, and techniques.

UV DTF Stickers: These are intended for suitable smooth, hard surfaces and are applied using their transfer film. They are not fabric heat transfers.

Customers should follow the application and care instructions provided for their products.

Improper temperature, pressure, peeling techniques, surface preparation, washing, storage, or other application methods may affect appearance, adhesion, or durability.

We recommend testing materials and application settings before beginning large production projects.

Please inspect transfers or stickers before applying them and contact us promptly if you believe a product has a manufacturing defect.

Verified production errors attributable to our business are handled under our applicable return, refund, or reprint policies.

10. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, orders may become non-cancelable once production or processing begins.

Cancellation requests must follow our current Refund Policy. Under that policy, requests generally must be made within 12 hours of placing the order and before production or processing begins.

Custom-printed products generally cannot be returned or refunded solely because a customer changes their mind.

However, if we make a verified production mistake, such as producing an incorrect product or materially different print from the approved order specifications, we will review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
