Artwork Tips

Turnaround
Local pickup orders are typically ready by the next business day. Larger orders, shipping orders, or unexpected production issues may require additional time.
Care
(Garment Care)
- Wait 24 hours before washing.
- Wash inside out, cold water, no bleach or softeners.
- Hang dry for best longevity; tumble dry low if needed.
- Do not dry clean.
- Do not iron directly on the print — use parchment if ironing the garment.
High heat (especially in dryers) can cause premature cracking or peeling, so follow washing and drying instructions carefully.

- UPS and USPS shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Carrier transit time varies and is separate from production time.

- Custom-printed products generally cannot be returned for a change of mind. Verified mistakes made by us are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
