Create Your Custom UV Sticker Gang Sheet
Create full-color UV DTF stickers for tumblers, glassware, mugs, hard plastic, metal, wood, packaging, and other smooth hard surfaces.
Typical local pickup turnaround: next business day. Larger orders, shipping orders, or unexpected production issues may require additional time.
Great for: business branding, cups and tumblers, product packaging, event items, gifts, labels, and custom merchandise.
Before You Build
- PNG artwork with a transparent background is preferred.
- Use high-resolution artwork, ideally 300 DPI.
- Design in CMYK when possible for more predictable printed color.
- Check size, spacing, backgrounds, resolution, and artwork quality before submitting.
How to Apply
- Clean and dry the application surface.
- Burnish the design firmly with a squeegee or card.
- Slowly remove the backing.
- Position the design and press it firmly onto the surface.
- Burnish again, then slowly remove the clear top film.
Recommended Surfaces
Best for smooth, hard surfaces such as glass, metal, plastic, finished wood, tumblers, mugs, phone cases, notebooks, and similar items. UV DTF is not intended for fabric or flexible surfaces.
Care & Storage
Store unused sheets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. After application, use gentle cleaning methods and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing for maximum durability.
Important Artwork Notice
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted artwork and final gang sheet layouts. If an incorrect file has already been printed, a replacement may require a new purchase.

Care
UV DTF Sticker Application & Care
UV DTF stickers are designed for smooth, hard surfaces. Apply by hand using the clear transfer film. These are not fabric transfers.
Application Steps
- Clean and completely dry the application surface. Remove dust, fingerprints, and oils.
- Burnish the design firmly with a squeegee or card so it adheres to the clear transfer film.
- Slowly peel away the backing, keeping the design on the clear film.
- Position the design carefully and press it onto the surface, smoothing from one edge to the other.
- Burnish the design again, then slowly remove the clear top film.
Care & Storage
- For decorated drinkware, hand-wash gently. Avoid dishwashers, soaking, abrasive scrubbing, and harsh chemicals.
- Avoid placing stickers on direct food-contact areas or surfaces exposed to high heat.
- Store unused UV DTF sheets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
For best results, test the sticker on your chosen surface before a large application.
