Create Your Custom DTF Gang Sheet
Build a gang sheet with your own artwork and get vibrant, ready-to-press DTF transfers for T-shirts, hoodies, workwear, bags, and more.
Typical local pickup turnaround: next business day. Larger orders, shipping orders, or unexpected production issues may require additional time.
Before You Build
- PNG artwork with a transparent background is preferred.
- Use high-resolution artwork, ideally 300 DPI.
- Design in CMYK when possible so printed colors are closer to what you expect.
- Double-check size, spacing, backgrounds, resolution, and artwork quality before submitting.
How It Works
- Select your gang sheet size.
- Open the gang sheet builder and place your artwork.
- Review your layout carefully.
- Submit your order for printing.
Important Artwork Notice
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted artwork and final gang sheet layouts. Low-resolution artwork cannot be improved simply by saving it at 300 DPI. If an incorrect file has already been printed, a replacement print may require a new purchase.
New customers may want to start with a smaller test sheet before placing a large production order.
Pressing
Use the correct temperature, pressure, time, and peel method for your garment and heat press. Damage caused by incorrect pressing or washing is not considered a print defect.

Care
Before Pressing
- Store sheets flat or loosely rolled, print-side out, in a cool, dry place away from heat or sunlight.
- Handle by the edges to avoid oils, lint, or moisture.
- Pre-press your garment for 2-5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
Pressing Instructions (General Guidance)
Your results depend on your press, garment, and technique. Please test first.
- Heavy pressure @ 320°F
- First press: 8–10 seconds
- Peel fast and in one motion, immediately after pressing (hot peel).
- Second press: 2–5 seconds using Teflon or butcher paper for durability.
Tip: When cutting out designs, leave extra film on the side you’re peeling from — this makes lifting much easier.
After Application (Garment Care)
- Wait 24 hours before washing.
- Wash inside out, cold water, no bleach or softeners.
- Hang dry for best longevity; tumble dry low if needed.
- Do not dry clean.
- Do not iron directly on the print — use parchment if ironing the garment.
High heat (especially in dryers) can cause premature cracking or peeling, so follow washing and drying instructions carefully.

- UPS and USPS shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping transit times vary by service and are separate from production time.
- Local outdoor-bin pickup is available 24/7 after your Ready for Pickup email or text message.
- Custom orders generally cannot be returned for a change of mind. Verified errors on our part are handled under our Refund Policy.
- Report suspected print defects within 24 hours of receiving your order and include photos.
- Please review your artwork and specifications before ordering.
